Public Records Requests

Falling under the broad legislative umbrella of Florida’s cutting-edge Government in the Sunshine philosophy, most records in the custody of the Clerk & Comptroller are available to inspection by the public. See Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, for details.

Several methods are in place for members of the public to request copies of public records.
