- About the Office
The Florida Constitution, which has governed Florida citizens for more than 180 years, established the Clerk & Comptroller as an elected public trustee in 1838 and established at the county level a system of checks and balances that has served the public well.
Customers come to our office to pay traffic and criminal fines, initiate or contest a civil case, pursue probate issues and make child support payments. We help customers file domestic violence injunctions and seek help for a loved one with mental health or substance abuse issues. We accept passport applications and issue marriage licenses.
We serve and connect our community to our government partners and the justice system by delivering exceptional services.
There are two Judicial Center locations to serve the citizens of Pasco:
