Eviction Packet

The Clerk & Comptroller cannot practice law and is therefore limited in the assistance that can be given directly. The Clerk & Comptroller provides a basic landlord/tenant eviction packet approved by the Court. The packet includes:

• Complaint forms for the most common types of landlord/tenant actions
• Final judgments
• Instructions
• Summons
• Writs of possession
• Other forms needed to complete a basic eviction action

Forms may be completed using Adobe Acrobat and printed on your printer. Complete and print the documents in the packet and bring them to the Clerk & Comptroller's Office.
