1. Can I file a petition online?: Online submission is not an option. We accept only those petitions filed in person at the East Pasco Government Center in Dade City or the West Pasco Government Center in New Port Richey.

2. Do you offer telephone hearings?: Telephone hearings are not offered.

3. Is there a filing fee to file a petition?: There is a $15 nonrefundable filing fee per petition. Homestead Denial Petitions do not require a filing fee.

4. Where can I file a petition?: You may file a petition in person or by mail at the East Pasco Government Center in Dade City or the West Pasco Government Center in New Port Richey.
